To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@yazzi.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship the new item to you free of charge. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the exchange item.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
